If you’ve had your head buried under a blogging rock this week, you might be one of the few who missed Max + Margeux’s wedding over at Once Wed. On the chance that you are- I MUST show you a handful of these fabulous images! I think Ashley Meaders might be the of-the-moment party stylist. She got everything perfectly with this wedding affair! If I were to do it all over again, I think I would do it just like this one (and as I’ve said before, I have a serious design crush on Anna Bond). That swing with ‘string’ made of fabric scraps! The little succulents in animal containers as wedding favors! The heart pillow cake topper! I can’t handle it.

“My soon to be eight year old has been into peace signs this year. I thought we could turn it into a cute party theme. I thought of tie dyed shirts but am not sure it that is something that is too much for a party. Any idea’s on activities, decorations or treats for the party would be great!! Thanks! -Jenilyn”

“Hi, my name is Victoria and I’m turning 19 next month. I was planning on doing an Alice in Wonderland High Tea, with a red, turquoise and white palette. I want it to be girly but not too childish, and I’m quite desperate for suggestions for decor. Thank you!”
Head over to Ava’s tea party to be inspired- and help celebrate the life of a little girl who passed too soon. All proceeds from sales will go to Paradise Kids…an organization that helps families deal with illness and loss.

“My daughter has requested a Chinese themed party for her 6th birthday and I brainstormed ideas… then realized most of them are actually Japanese. I’d love to stay true to the Chinese theme, and I want to use pink/orange/teal colors. I am definitely buying tons of paper lanterns and we have someone coming to make origami with the kids (which does have Chinese origins). I would love ideas for food, decor or favors that would be fitting with this theme! Thanks! -Megan”

“My neighbor and I are hosting our second annual block party for our ‘hood next month. Last year, we had a bounce house, a visit from the firetruck, and an ice cream man - along with hot dogs and snacks. Wondering if you or your readers have any suggestions for other things to do or have at the party. We have a pretty healthy budget to work with! Thank you! -Julia”
Lots of party eye candy to ogle at Ritzy Bee.
When Whitney passed along these ‘urban picnic boxes’ from boxsal, I couldn’t resist sharing. Check out the ‘boom box’ picnic and the ‘briefcase’ version. With picnic season in full swing, I am putting one of these high on my wish list!

“Does anyone have any suggestions for a Viking themed kids party? I am trying to put together a Viking themed 1st birthday party for a baby boy but I am having a hard time finding inspiration for it. I can’t even find cute clip art that I can use to make my own decorations. Any ideas would be immensely appreciated!!! I only have one month to pull this together. Thank you! -Sonya”
