treasure hunt birthday party
It is worth reading through Robin’s write-up of her daughter’s ‘treasure hunt’ birthday. This lady went to extraordinary lengths to make an extraordinary birthday! Just about everything was made from scratch (a ‘failed’ attempt at a homemade pinata did not deter her). The guests searched for hand-painted stones in the sand with clues on them, and popped glitter-filled balloons to lead them to the next task. Sounds like a blast! The treats are cute, too- check out the treasure chest birthday cake. I’m just waiting for the day my little ones are old enough to enjoy a party like this.
