I love this birthday that took all of its queues from the location…invitations adorned plain white frisbees; grass with pendants were the centerpieces; lunch was in ‘to-go’ boxes, and all of the activities were perfect for both the outdoors and little ones. From Jack and Izzy.
Beth threw a Cheerio-themed first birthday for her little man, Wade. Being a NYC-er with a small apartment, Beth decided to rent out the back of the ‘Home’ restaurant in the Village for the celebration. Every detail is handmade- the letters on the birthday banner, the jello cake (birthday boy had a cut lip and couldn’t eat his original cake), the cheerio pinwheels, and even his t-shirt! Lots of fun was had at this homespun birthday.
